PREAMBLE & INTRODUCTION These Terms and Conditions ('Terms', 'Agreement', or 'T&C') constitute a legally binding contract between you ('User', 'Reader', 'Subscriber', 'Visitor', 'Contributor', or 'Advertiser') and Media Plus Group, operating the digital news channel 'Media Plus News' and the print newspaper 'Media Plus Bharat', hereinafter collectively referred to as 'the Company', 'We', 'Our', or 'Us'. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, content, platforms, portals, applications, social media channels (including X / Twitter), websites, print publications, and any other medium operated by Media Plus Group. These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accessing any platform of Media Plus Group — whether digital, print, social, or otherwise — you confirm that you are of lawful age (18 years or above, or acting under lawful parental/guardian consent), that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and that you agree to comply with all provisions herein.
